FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Rock Solid is seeking to make an impact, one life at a time! We believe everyone should be able to participate in our programs, regardless of financial circumstances. Thanks our donors generosity, we are able to provide financial assistance based on family size and income. Our funding is based solely on what we raise; therefore, funds are limited.

Completed applications must be turned in 10 days prior to the week(s) of camp you wish to attend.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT COMPLETE  DOCUMENTATION. 

STEP 1
Print & complete attached form.
Provide copy of following:
- 2 most recent pay stubs
- 2015 federal income tax return
AFDC and SSI recipients must include a copy of your disbursement voucher. 
If you are not the camper’s parent, you MUST provide proof of legal guardianship.

STEP 2
Drop off or mail to:

STEP 3
You will be contacted for brief interview.

STEP 4
Receive notification of financial assistance status by mail or phone call to contact information on application.


All information submitted as part of the financial assistance process is considered to be confidential. It is our goal to review completed applications and respond within 10 working days of review.  Refunds and pro-rates will not be granted on payments made prior to Financial Assistance approval.
Financial Awards are valid only for Summer Day Camp 2016.  For information on After School subsidies, please contact our office at 318-779-1451.
